Jocelyne Saab’s word…

“With South Lebanon: The Story of a Besieged Village, I became even more seriously aware of the danger of defending a cause in this way. After the film aired on France 3, I found myself debating with Israeli General Moshe Dayan, a guest on the show to promote his book on the war, who completely denied the facts I was testifying to, namely the Israeli attacks in South Lebanon.
The next morning, I saw the caricature of myself as Moshe Dayan. I understood that I had to change my language, since I didn’t want to change my discourse.”
